Ich wollte den V-Ring von Sam meiner Schwester schenken. Leider hat er nicht gepasst und war nicht mehr in der benötigten Größe vorhanden. Dank der schnellen und sehr lieben Antworten von Sam, der sehr geduldig mit uns war, war es uns möglich noch einige andere Ringe auszuprobieren. Dennoch sind wir leider nicht fündig geworden und konnten nichts bei Sam kaufen. Trotz diese vielen Hin und Hers und einiger Komplikationen meinerseits, wurde der gesamte Betrag zurück überwiesen. Sam war während dieser gesamten Odyssee stets gut zu erreichen und immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
